Reading

Yes, I am reading 3 books at the same time! At times I have read 4 and 5 books at the same time. I do not find this difficult as there is a little trick I use to do this. Ready for the secret?

Here it is:

Make sure each book is a different type/style from the other books.

Examples:
Living Dead in Dallas by Charlaine Harris is a modern day vampire romance series
Maybe Next Time by Karin Kallmaker is a modern day lesbian romance
The Diamond Secret by Ruth Wind (Barbara Samuel) is a modern day mystery romance

I find I am able to keep these books seperated in my mind. Also another trick I read each one at a different time during the day.

Mornings is the Ruth Wind book, Lunch is the Karin Kallmaker book and bedtime is the Charlaine Harris book.

Easy!

Good to see there is someone else who reads multiple books!

I haven't tried the Sookie Stackhouse ones yet but I really enjoy the Anita Blake one's by Laurell K Hamilton. Along with those I read Murder Mystery and other Fantasy books (another favourite being Andre Norton's WitchWorld series).

Happy stitching from another CountedCrossStitch member!
