Well I said I would write what happened at Zumba. Well, nothing happened other than almost getting fucking sun stroke! They held the class out doors in the bright, blazing sunshine at 1 in the afternoon. I didn't even make it half way through the 30 min class as I was already getting a headache from the sun. Getting warmed up on the inside as well as the outside was not a good thing to happen, along with getting dehydrated. Where the fuck were their brains to do this outside in the great american southwest-semi-arid climate.
Also weighed myself at the gym, I lost 1 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks...sigh. I was hoping for more. Oh well, at least I lost it instead of gaining it!!!
